Books, after all, are incredible tools for personal growth and knowledge. But what if, after all that reading, you can’t actually remember what you’ve learned?
I’ve been there, and trust me — it’s frustrating.
The Downside of Reading Too Many Books
Back in 2023, I read 15 books — that’s almost more than one per month ! I felt incredibly productive and proud, watching the page counts pile up, thinking I was mastering all this new information. But when it came time to recall specific insights or details? My mind went blank.
It was like the knowledge I was so excited to gain had simply vanished. I could only remember the broad strokes of the books, while the finer, valuable points had slipped away.
